Wichita Medical Research and Education Foundation recognizes the critical need for continually updating medical knowledge and skills in order to continue to provide quality care. Educational opportunities are provided in a number of methods and venues. WMREF currently funds a number of medical symposiums and conferences each year through endowed funds provided to WMREF for these purposes. These opportunities are usually available at no cost or a reduced cost to all. Check upcoming events for a list of WMREF sponsored events. The Board also does from time to time fund worthy local and state educational events when funding is available.
