What
is the Project Committee?
Purpose
The primary function of the WMREF Scientific Review Committee is to review all locally developed research projects which are submitted to the Foundation for funding or in which patients admitted to Wesley Medical Center or Wesley Medical Center facilities are involved. Each project will be approved or disapproved based on the scientific merits of the proposal. Often times the Scientific Review Committee is available to assist the Principal Investigator in project design if necessary. The Scientific Review Committee meets monthly to review current applications..
All members of the WMREF Scientific Review Committee serve as volunteer committee members.
To receive information concerning possible funding or to receive a Research Proposal Application Form by mail, contact the WMREF office at 316-686-7172. Application available as a download (Research Proposal Application) from this website.
