Conferences and Syposiums

Wichita Medical Research and Education Foundation recognizes the critical need for continually updating medical knowledge and skills in order to continue to provide quality care. Educational opportunities are provided in a number of methods and venues. WMREF funds a number of medical symposiums and conferences each year through endowed funds provided to WMREF for these purposes. These opportunities are usually available at no cost or a reduced cost to all. Check Upcoming Events for a list of WMREF sponsored events.

Educational Event Funding

The WMREF Board of Directors does from time to time fund worthy local and state educational events when funding is available. Click  here for the Conference and Symposium Application Form.  All applications for conference and symposium support should be received no later than 6 months prior to the event in order to acknowledge WMREF in all printed materials.
